AGOLDE offers a seamless return process for items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items with all original packaging and affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
